Additional Measures Due to COVID-19
We're basing our decisions and processes on information published by the BC Centre for Disease Control and the B.C. Ministry of Health. At present they encourage businesses like ours to operate as normal with increased attention to common sense practices and measures to support social distancing.

Further to this - we're keeping a close eye on other businesses and services in Fernie to make sure our efforts are in line with those going above and beyond government guidelines where it makes sense to do so.
In line with current guidance customers are required to respect a 2m (6ft) distance from each other while in the cafe, and no more than 6 customers may be in the cafe at any one time. Further, we only offer orders to take-away and ask that customers leave the cafe as soon as they have collected their order. Finally please enter the cafe through the front door and exit through the rear door.
We're asking each customer to sanitize their hands as they enter the cafe and refrain from touching surfaces as much as possible. Wherever possible we would prefer card payments over cash. Further to this we've increased the regularity at which we sanitize hard surfaces throughout the cafe.
Customers must not use their own mugs or shopping bags.
For Kombucha sales we have implemented a growler exchange which will see us filling a sanitized growler for you and returning your used growler to Fernie Alpine Springs for sanitation.
We offer online order placement for collection at the curbside outside our cafe. This is our preferred order placement and payment method.
Starting on Wednesday March 18th we will be open from 7am until 2pm.
